Occupations that should know better

November, 2009 - Crime: Trafficking in cocaine
Crestview, Florida - Reginald Jackson, a CCW permit holder and a Department of Juvenile Justice employee, was pulled over for swerving and having illegal window tinting. During a search of the car, it was discovered that Mr. Jackson had a bag of cocaine weighing 43 grams and valued at $1,700 and a .40 Smith and Wesson.

November, 2009 - Crime: Assault with a deadly weapon and injury to property
Las Vegas, Nevada - Michael Amador, a CCW permit holder and attorney, got into an argument in a bar with two men during a billiard game. After the two men left, Amador is reported to have followed them and shattered one man's rear window with his semi-automatic firearm. Amador was tackled and held until the police arrived.

  1. Excuse me. 43 grams of coke is worth $1,700? It's been at least 20 years since I sampled any Peruvian marching powder but back then it was $80/gram. Is Bolivia now outsourcing the coca trade to China?
