November, 2009 - Crime: Receiving stolen property and alcohol intoxication
Bowling Green, Kentucky - After police were called to a bar fight, they found Christopher Sawdey, a CCW permit holder, sitting in the passenger seat of a car in the parking lot. As he got out of the car to speak to the police, he responsibly informed them that there was a gun in the car that was his and that he had a CCW permit to have it.

Problem was, the .45 wasn't his. It had been reported stolen from North Carolina.
